The agency conducts eligibility prescreening for potentially eligible SNAP applicants through its Family Development Centers in Waterbury, Meriden, and Torrington. We provide comprehensive case management in addition to pre-screening for state benefit assistance. We also provide outreach events and information sessions to educate consumers regarding SNAP.
