Further, NOI will not knowingly use the services of, patronize or otherwise deal with any business, contractor, subcontractor or organization that engages in acts of unlawful discrimination. It is the policy and practice of NOI to administer all programs in a non-discriminatory manner, consistent with EEO, AA and fair housing requirements. If you feel that you may have been discriminated against, please immediately contact a member of the Management Team or Human Resources. Non-Retaliation: Retaliation of any kind by our employees, managers, customers or vendors towards an employee or applicant, who in good faith opposes harassment or perceived discriminatory practices or who participates in any proceeding based on alleged harassment or discrimination as a party, witness or in any other capacity, will not be tolerated. Employees engaged in discriminatory actions and/or retaliation against any employee who makes a complaint of discrimination will be subject to the disciplinary process up to and including dismissal.
