The Centers provide a “no wrong door” approach to customer service and case management. Case Managers provide comprehensive intake, assessment, and follow up services designed to track customer progress and assist customers in moving towards self-sufficiency. Customers are also linked to appropriate community resources through information and referral services, which include application assistance for DSS assistance programs, State programs such as SNAP, medical and TANF.
