Patricia Healy
Patricia Healy is the Director of Home Based Family Services (HBFS) at New Opportunities. Her background includes man years of experience, including two decades of leadership experience in human services.
At New Opportunities, Pat is responsible for overseeing the agency's Home Based Family Services division which includes an Intensive Family Preservation , as well as a Therapeutic Foster Care program serving children and teens from ages three to seventeen.
Prior to joining New Opportunities in 2007, Pat served as a Director of Parent Aid at St. Francis Hospital and director Of Healthy Homes and as a Supervisor for the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF).
Pat holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She holds designations as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and as a national Associate Community Service Worker (ACSW).
