Lori Lehan

Lori Lehan is the Director of Human Resources at New Opportunities. Her background includes over two decades of senior leadership experience within the human resources field and is an Adjunct Instructor at Corporate College Services.

At New Opportunities, Lori is responsible for leading human resources efforts for a year-round staff of 500 employees spread across fourteen sites and more than 100 seasonal employees.

Prior to joining New Opportunities in 2010, Lori held management positions as Chief Human Resource Officer for the Connecticut Region of the American Red Cross and Vice President of Human Resources at Key Human Services. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Blood Services and on the Commission on Disability Issues for the City of Hartford.

Lori holds an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. She has earned a designation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management and is a Certified Sexual Harassment trainer as awarded by the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA).
