New Opportunities Bilingual Employment TrainingTwo bilingual job-training programs are available at Waterbury's Kaynor Technical High School with support from New Opportunities Inc. These include a state-certified Bilingual Nurse's Aide course and another program in Business Office Technology. Both offer educational development and are designed to lead to unsubsidized employment.
